Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the construction and building industry? We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales advisor to join a thriving team at a leading company! What You’ll Do as an Internal Sales Advisor: - Proactively drive internal sales by generating quotes, processing orders, and upselling building materials, tools, and supplies to contractors, builders, and trade professionals. - Follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximise sales opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business. - Manage customer enquiries efficiently, providing expert product advice to ensure a smooth internal sales experience. - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. What We’re Looking For: - A proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals. - Strong product knowledge of building materials, tools, and supplies (or a willingness to learn quickly). - A results-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced internal sales environment. - Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests and sales leads effectively.
