Insight Analyst East Midlands (Hybrid Working – 3 days office, 2 days home, Monday to Friday) £30k-£38k + 10% Bonus, 20% Pension & Excellent Benefits Cactus Search are delighted to be working on this newly created role due to continued growth and expansion of our client, who are embarking on an exciting journey going into 2025. The Insight Analyst will be responsible for leveraging the existing and extensive data resources available to uncover actionable insight, craft compelling data-driven stories and influence strategic decision-making across the organisation. What is key to this role is that the Insight Analyst understand performance drivers to evaluate the data available to recommend solutions to improve and present these findings back to stakeholders and seek feedback. Knowledge, skills and experience required... • A natural curiosity to exploring data and a passion for uncovering hidden insights that delivers positive impact for the business • Experience of the following technologies – SQL (Must), Power BI (Nice to have), Azure Data Factory (Nice to have), R and/or Python (practical knowledge, not just theory) • Ability to build and improve complex SQL scripts to extract data from SQL Server • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packages • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels within the organisation and externally • A strong customer focus coupled with a sound commercial awareness If you would like to apply for the above opportunity, please forward your CV via the apply button on screen.
