Indirect Sourcing Manager - European Sourcing

Salary: Up to £59,000 + benefits

Join our Indirect Sourcing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories including secondary packaging, services, spare parts, tooling, and CAPEX.
Lead sourcing projects, from RFPs and negotiations to supplier relationship management.
Drive cost efficiency, build supplier partnerships, and challenge the status quo to deliver business value.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Manage budgets, reporting, and market intelligence, and handle supplier invoicing and claims.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives and deliver cost-effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
At least 5 years of sourcing experience in complex environments, ideally in FMCG, Just-in-Time, or high-volume industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in project management, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and tools like Excel.
Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
