•The firm is looking for an experienced housing disrepair solicitor to lead a team of specialists. This role includes managing claims from inception to settlement, overseeing litigated cases, and offering strategic legal guidance.
•With strong leadership skills and a passion for team growth, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective processes, ensuring efficient case management and successful outcomes.
•The firm is looking for qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in housing disrepair and management experience.
•The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, a strong billing record, and proficiency in case management software, along with excellent IT skills.
