Homeowner Services Officer ?? Eastleigh ?? 3-Month Temporary Contract ? 37 Hours/wk ?? £18.70 per hour We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties - Handling service charge enquiries - Investigating and resolving lease breaches - Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams - Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement About You: - Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management - Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022) - Confident handling complex and sensitive cases - Professional, proactive and solutions-focused This is a great opportunity for an experienced leasehold professional to step into a specialist team environment. ??
