Job Title: Hire Controller Location: Essex Basic Salary is Negotiable Subject to Experience, Bonus Scheme, Healthcare, Life Insurance, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Full Product Training. Responsibilities of the Role: • Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment • Taking hire enquiries from customers • Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date • Coordinating with engineers and the transport team • Offering support and cover to the transport desk as and when required • Dealing with customers to a professional business standard Requirements of Role: • Previous experience working as a Hire Controller is essential • Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills • Experience working within the Powered Access, Plant Hire, or Tool Hire industry would be preferable • Experience working with Syrinx CRM systems is desirable If you are someone who fits the above requirements and would like to find out more about this opportunity please speak to Zoe Mansfield - 0121 450 5000 – zoe.mansfield@elitecn.co.uk |  |  |  |
