Role Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and interventions across a range of subjects
- Support teachers in classroom management, assessment, and student engagement
- Work with small groups and individual students to boost progress and confidence
- Assist in planning and preparation of learning resources
- Ensure all learners, including those with SEND, are supported and challenged
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and extra-curricular activities
Ideal Candidate
- Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding, inclusive strategies, and curriculum support
- Enthusiastic about education, student development, and making a positive impact
