Position: HSE Business Partner Location: Homebased Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance Join our team as an HSE Business Partner and play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations. Main Responsibilities: - Identify and mitigate workplace risks and hazards. - Lead incident reporting and investigations promptly. - Deliver training and toolbox talks to embed safety practices. - Monitor HSE performance and implement improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Nebosh Diploma or equivalent qualification. - Knowledge of legal regulations related to HSE. - Previous experience in a similar role, including CDM knowledge.
