This unique venue delivers an immersive dining experience to up to 250 guests each evening, offering a meticulously crafted themed menu under the creative direction of a celebrated Executive Chef. It’s an exciting role for a chef who thrives in a dynamic, guest?focused environment while enjoying the stability of predictable service numbers.
Head Chef Benefits:

- 48-hour contract, closed every Monday

Head Chef Requirements
- A confident, organised and inspiring leader capable of guiding a motivated brigade through a busy, high-volume service
- A stable and proven background within reputable, quality-driven kitchens
- Comfortable working under an Executive Chef who leads on menu development and creative direction
- Passionate about delivering consistency, quality, and an exceptional guest experience
