Handy person / Maintenance Engineer

Manpower is delighted to be working alongside an established company based in Southampton, Hampshire
The Client is looking for someone to conduct basic maintenance on tenanted or vacant homes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
Main duties being basic pluming (tap change/ washer change finding source of leaks etc), basic carpentry, painting and decorating, lock changes, hinge work, Fencing etc all of these and more basic maintenance repair works.
This role will consist of responding to maintenance issues for properties across Southampton, Southsea, Whiteley.
You will be a hard-working and reliable with good attention to detail
This is a full-time role, with a van and tools provided.
Start date January 2025.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
0900am to 5.30pm
Salary - £30k
