Location: South East England (with regular travel to Scotland)
Salary: £55,000

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a globally recognised luxury golf destination and play a key role in driving commercial success across international markets.
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Golf Sales Manager with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the golf, leisure, or hospitality sector. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a passion for the game. Candidates must be active golfers with a strong understanding of the industry.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Resort Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximising revenue across corporate and tour operator channels while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding both national and international sales, while supporting wider commercial strategies including corporate, group, and event-based golf sales.
Regular travel is essential, including monthly visits to Scotland, alongside attendance at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
