Opportunity for a General Manager to lead a modern fine-dining restaurant, renowned for its use of premium meats, fresh seafood, and a curated wine and cocktail list.

The General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, driving commercial performance, leading an engaged team, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a natural operator who combines business acumen with a genuine passion for high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including service, staffing, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the management and front-of-house team.
