This is a hands-on leadership role for a candidate who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for hospitality. The General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, drive performance and lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, staffing, and standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the management and front-of-house team.
• Drive sales and profitability through exceptional service and promotions.
• Manage budgets, costs, and stock to achieve financial targets.
