We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Supervisor to join a busy timber merchant in Swindon.
Role:
Lead and motivate a small team of 4
Oversee picking, checking orders & loading trucks
Hands-on role, operating Counterbalance forklift
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 19:30
Requirements:
Counterbalance forklift licence & strong supervisory experience
Knowledge of warehouse operations (ideally timber/merchant sector)
Reliable, safety-focused and a team player
📍 Location: Swindon
