Food & Beverage Steward – Luxury Train Experience
Contract Booking | Live-In Onboard | £15–£16 per Hour
Starting as soon as possible until 5th December (with potential extension after)
Step aboard one of the world’s most iconic luxury trains and deliver unforgettable experiences in a setting like no other.
We’re seeking passionate, professional Food & Beverage Stewards to join our elite hospitality team for contract bookings on a world-class luxury train. This is a live-in role during each assigned journey — a unique opportunity to travel, serve, and grow within an exceptional hospitality environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional Food & Beverage service to guests in line with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- Deliver breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner with finesse and attention to detail.
- Work across service areas including restaurant, bar, and pantry, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with guest arrivals, luggage handling, and general on-board duties.
- Maintain immaculate guest areas, back-of-house zones, and support other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage role — ideally within luxury hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food, wine, and bar service
- A team player with a professional, polished appearance
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English essential; other languages a plus
- Ability to travel for work and live onboard during journeys
- No Holiday booked now until the end of contract
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Hospitality-related qualification (advantageous)
- COSHH awareness
- Strong time management and ability to take initiative
- Adaptability in high-pressure environments
