FLT Driver- 7AM-5PM

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy site based close to Stallingborough.
Location
* Site based close to Stallingborough
* Own transport is recommended due to site location
Shift Pattern
* Monday - Friday
* 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate
* £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the movement of bales delivered onto site
* Transporting materials safely to storage and production areas
* Operating FLT equipment in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Supporting other operational areas of the site when required
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Minimum of 6 months' continuous experience in a similar FLT / Counterbalance role
* Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance certificate with the ability to evidence experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Skills & Attributes
* Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
* Happy to assist with duties outside of FLT driving when required
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently within an established team
* Flexible and proactive attitude
Desirable
* Telehandler licence and experience would be advantageous
