Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the site, including emptying bins and sweeping around the premises.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic and presentable indoor areas.
- Manage waste disposal, including baling cardboard and plastic for recycling purposes.
- Assist with site maintenance tasks such as weeding, clearing leaves, and general outdoor upkeep.
- Support one-off tasks such as moving office furniture, disposing of old products, or minor painting jobs.
- Utilise an FLT (Forklift Truck) license to load/unload trucks and handle baling operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or site upkeep is desirable.
- Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and outdoor maintenance.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to facilities management.
- Reliable and proactive approach to completing daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Due to the secure nature of the site, a Base Line Personal Standard Security Check will be done on the successful candidate.
Day shifts- Monday - Thursday 07.50-16.45. Friday until 12.10pm
