The firm is seeking a Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. You will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of claimant employment matters
Key Responsibilities
- Managing claimant employment caseload
- Manning the Advice line and providing legal advice to Union officers
- Support business development and union relationship management
- Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Strong track record in claimant employment law
- Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
- Passion for employee rights and social justice
