Social Housing / Voids We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy Voids Team, carrying out electrical works to empty social housing properties and getting homes safe, compliant and ready for new tenants. The role will include: ?? Electrical testing & inspections ? Fault finding and repairs ?? Electrical installations & upgrades ?? Making void properties safe and compliant ?? Completing works to a high standard and helping reduce void turnaround times You’ll need: ? NVQ / AM2 or equivalent ? 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent ? Current 18th Edition ? Full UK Driving Licence ? Social housing / void experience advantageous The role will predominantly cover Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas, with occasional work around Portsmouth and Guildford.
