What You’ll Be Doing: - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Delivering best-in-class service through warm, effective, and efficient interactions - Thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery - Meeting and exceeding internal service level KPIs - Collaborating with team members and supporting store teams as needed ?? Systems & Skills: - Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems - Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate customer records ??
