Customer Service Coordinator
Rate - £12.21 PAYE
Location - Tarmac Building Products Snodland Office, Holborough Rd, Snodland ME6 5PJ
Duration – 3 months contract with potential to go permanent with the client
Hours – Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will involve:
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and email — from initial contact through to final delivery.
- Delivering an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring high standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
- Accurately completing data entry and processing customer orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to clarify information, share updates, and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer account base.
- Liaising with Fleet and Capacity Planners to confirm transport and material availability.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the process, enabling efficient planning of transport resources to meet commercial demands.
