I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, well-established distribution team in Avonmouth
In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, taking and processing orders via phone and email, and delivering outstanding customer service. If you have experience in a business-to-business environment-or you have worked in a customer service or telephone email sales role. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
Main Duties
" Customer Assistance: Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
" Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources.
" Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, handle cancellations/modifications, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
" Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our product range to confidently assist customers.
" Up-Selling: Spot opportunities to promote complementary products that add value for customers.
" Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Skills
" 1+ year of sales or customer service experience required
" Experience in sales (preferred)
" Strong communication and problem-solving skills
" A proactive, customer-first attitude
" Ability to commute to Avonmouth
