Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: South Bristol/East Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Salary: £27,000 Do you have a background in Customer Service ? This company will be relocating to East Bristol in May 2025. Main Duties: " Be the main contact for trade distributors and agents. " Generate quotes for customers using the Quote Management system. " Upsell to existing clients and foster strong customer relationships. " Contribute to marketing strategies and manage pricing structures. " Monitor order statuses and proactively follow up with customers. Administration " Perform data entry and process orders efficiently. " Handle incoming phone calls professionally. " Support general administrative tasks as needed. Skills Required: " Strong telephone manner " Resilience and adaptability. " Excellent attention to detail with strong literacy skills.
