Have you worked in a call centre or in a customer service role? If so we would like to speak with you! We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client- Bensons for Beds. They are a well established house hold name and have postions within the customer service team, starting 6th January, for 7 weeks.  At Bensons they are dedicated to providing outstanding products and services that meet the needs of their customers. They believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for both employees and clients. As they approach a time of increased volumes, they are looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Representative to join the team. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media. - Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams. - Provide product/service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and promote customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, contact centre, hospitality and retail preferable. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems). - A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
