Manpower is excited to welcome a new Customer Relationship Representative to our vibrant Inside Sales team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home combined with the opportunity to collaborate on-site at our client's location in Erskine.
As a Customer Relationship Representative you will be able to grow your career within a sales-focused environment. Your role:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for partners and end users, supporting them from initial engagement through to post‑sale follow
- Conducts post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and support successful product adoption
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and account managers to meet and exceed end user expectations
- Builds and nurtures strong customer relationships to gain a clear understanding of their business needs, goals, and challenges
Your profile:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working to tight deadlines with attention to detail
- A background in customer services or within a similar role would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools like PowerBI
