What you'll do:
- Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls
- Achieve sales targets while creating memorable customer experiences
- Expand your skills by working across different channels (Twitter, Webchat)
- Interact with customers face-to-face in the UK and French terminal buildings in peak periods

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures
- Proven sales experience

- Ability to make customers feel welcome, understood and valued
- Guiding customers with good body language and vocal tones to the correct places
- Providing specialist support and advice to customers during their journey
What we offer:
- Competitive salary starting at £26,273.34 (£13.47 per hour) with enhanced weekend rates working towards 2 other pay levels.
