Ideal for confident communicators who enjoy problem-solving and building rapport over the phone.  Whether you’re an experienced Customer Collections Advisor or someone with a background in call centres, credit control, or customer service looking to make a move into collections, this role offers fantastic long-term prospects, real earning potential, and a great working culture.  Key Responsibilities  - Contacting individuals and businesses by phone to discuss overdue accounts - Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy - Setting up affordable repayment plans - Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry - Achieving personal and team performance targets - Processing customer payments accurately through internal systems - Adhering to compliance guidelines and internal procedures  Ideal Candidate  - Previous experience in a call centre, collections, or credit control role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable working to KPIs and targets - Confident making outbound calls and managing challenging conversations - Quick to learn new systems and adapt to different technologies - A problem-solver with a proactive, customer-focused approach  Benefits  - Basic salary of up to £26,000 with monthly bonus (Realistic OTE £30,000+) - Hybrid working model (after probation) - Free on-site parking - Company pension scheme - Employee discount scheme - Casual-smart dress code - Christmas savings scheme - Death in service benefit - Supportive, friendly team environment - Regular incentives and performance rewards   If you’re interested in this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please submit your application! |  |  |  |
