Working Days: Saturday and/or Sunday
Hours: 9am-6pm (with optional ad‑hoc evening work)

This client's Care Team sits at the heart of their brand. As part of this Team, you'll be the first voice their guests and hosts hear-calm, capable, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience without scripts or rigid templates. You will be trusted to bring empathy, clarity, and personality to every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Triage and prioritise all inbound enquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate directly with guests and hosts across phone, live chat, and email, resolving queries with confidence and care.
- Support the Sales team on selected bookings to help secure reservations.
- Work flexibly based on business needs.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment where no two days-or conversations-are the same.
What You'll Bring
- Clear, confident communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within luxury services or hospitality.
- Composure under pressure, strong judgement, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- High emotional intelligence and a naturally positive, people‑focused approach.
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, or data analysis is a bonus, not a requirement.
