Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively.
- Support students with their learning and provide guidance where needed.
- Communicate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.
- Work across various subjects and year groups, adapting to different classroom needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in managing a classroom and engaging with students.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
