Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £100-130 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the classroom with confidence, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-set work.
- Keep the energy high while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning, offering guidance where needed.
- Work across different subjects and year groups, adapting to various classroom needs.
- Communicate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience covering KS3 & KS4 classes is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills—you’ll be the go-to person when teachers are away.
- Confidence in engaging with students and keeping lessons on track.
- A proactive and adaptable approach—every day is different, and that’s the fun of it.
