Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a long-term opportunity in Medway? We are seeking a reliable, consistent, and adaptable individual to join a forward-thinking secondaryschool in Rochester.
Contract: Full time - September 2025 Start
Salary: £110-£120
About the Role:
- Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Engage and motivate students while following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress.
About You:
- Previous experience covering lessons across KS3 and KS4 is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Local to Medway or willing to commute.
- Open to long-term contracts and committed to consistency in the role.
