Starting salary - £32k
 Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (flexible working required to meet the needs of a
demanding client.
Reports to: Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide senior leadership and support to the Site operation, this will require the management, leadership and control of a Contract Consultant based on site in Wakefield.
Deliver the highest levels of operational support the site, this should include but not be limited to:
Operational fulfilment, how to maintain/improve where
Required
Forward planning – ensuring delivery of a clear build profile 8 weeks prior to any peak uplift.
 Maintain close working relationships with all warehouse colleagues using the tools available
Deliver 100% compliance against all recruitment vetting standards at all times
Introduction of best practice initiatives as outlined by the Director
Ensure contractual fulfilment in line with KPI/SLA for the site.
Attend monthly reviews with the Director Op’s level client contacts ensuring detailed actions/notes are captured.
 Ensure 100% compliance audit rating.
Support effective roll out of any new internal initiatives/projects.
Support the Director with peak planning & delivery
Provide senior point of escalation for all HR matters relating to the Contract Consultant and our warehouse workers.
Ensure all personal objectives are always met.
Escalate in a timely manner any known operational issues that might involve the senior management team.
To maintain the highest levels of communication both written and oral with the client, the warehouse workers and within the Pertemps management team.
Ensure all systems and data is maintained at all times
Ensure that all relevant payroll deadlines are met at all locations, managing the flow of information between the client and our internal departments.

Experience in Contract / Industrial recruitment preferred
Experience in team management and ability to increase motivation
