Computer Science Teacher – Full-Time, Long-Term

 Location: Watford
 Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
 Start Date: September 2025

They are now seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join their team in a long-term capacity. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone enthusiastic about digital learning, coding, and computing—whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Computer Science lessons
• Support students in developing coding, programming, and problem-solving skills
• Assess student work, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain an organised and well-equipped ICT suite
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and enrichment
• Contribute to wider school life and staff responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
• Strong grasp of the UK Computer Science curriculum
• Energetic and practical teaching style
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
