Commercial / Professional bias - Permanent Company car / Shares Plan / Uncapped Commission Award-winning training and progression plan  Are you a driven, ambitious recruiter looking to join the UK’s largest independent agency? We have opening at our North Midlands Hub in Burton-Upon-Trent and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our successful sales team, specialising in temporary placements across the commercial sector.  What You’ll Be Doing - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. - All aspects of the sales process, Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations. - Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent. - Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience. - Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years’ 360, recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support – ideally in permanent or FTC placements - Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue. - A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. - Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised. - A team player who thrives under pressure.  Hours of work: 0800-1700 Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be discussed)  What’s in It for You - Competitive salary DOE + uncapped commission (range provided is indicative of a Y1 OTE) - Highly intuitive CRM system with a genuinely warm pipeline & lapsed material - Excellent career progression opportunities within a market-leading business. - Supportive, friendly team culture with ongoing training and development. - Access to industry-leading tools and resources to help you succeed. Join a business where your contribution genuinely matters, and your success is celebrated. Apply now to become part of a company that’s been trusted for over 60 years to deliver recruitment excellence. |  |  |  |
