The Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines
Work with modern Haas and DMG machinery
Manufacture high-precision components for the aerospace industry
Machine a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and specialist aerospace alloys
Ensure components meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in CNC programming within the aerospace sector
Strong background in 3 & 5 axis milling
Experience using CAM software such as Mastercam, HyperMill, Powermill, NX, or similar
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
