My client, a global events company, is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Engagement Executive to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of one of the world's leading EdTech events, working with high-profile clients and strategic partners.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding client experience - managing onboarding, coordinating sponsorship fulfilment, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and project delivery.
- Coordinating the fulfilment of sponsorship packages and event programmes.
- Managing timelines, deadlines, and client communications to ensure seamless delivery.
- Supporting global clients across different time zones.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Operations, Community) to deliver client success.
- Assisting with reporting to demonstrate ROI and support rebook/upsell opportunities.
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in client engagement, account management, or event/project delivery.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
