Role Overview We`re recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in Haverhill You`ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas). * Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are refreshd correctly. * Responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern for support from the Facilities Co-ordinator/Manager. * Behold weekly team meetings and briefing sessions with your team to ensure clear and consistent communication. * Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and also the distribution to cleaning cupboards. * You will come into regular contact with customers/clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels. About You: * Applicants must have the right to work in the UK * Desire to lead a team and oversee tasks * Excellent customer service skills. * Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days. * Good attention to detail is required.
