With an acclaimed restaurant and a dedicated kitchen team, they're now looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join them.

What's on offer:

• Salary in the region of £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
• Monthly troncon top of base salary
• 5-day week- option of 4 days on, 3 offif preferred

The role:

• Running and taking ownership of your section during busy services (20-80 covers depending on season and occupancy)
• Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to multi-rosette standards
• Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs with ordering and stock control
• Contributing ideas for menu development and specials
• Helping train and mentor junior members of the brigade
• Ensuring food safety, consistency, and presentation remain at the highest standard

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 1 years' experiencein a similar quality kitchen (4/5 starhotel or rosette-level restaurant)
• Alternatively, 2-3 years as a Commis Chefwith the ambition and drive to step up
