Salary: £30,000 + Tronc
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at a beautiful, high-profile venue located in the heart of Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills within a well-regarded contract catering environment where quality and creativity are key.
The Role:

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes.

Maintaining high standards of food presentation and preparation.

Overseeing a designated kitchen section with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.

Assisting in menu development and seasonal offerings.

Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health standards are adhered to at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen environment.

Passion for fresh, seasonal, and innovative food.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced kitchen.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
