Chef de Partie

Berkeley Scott Recruitment are looking for an experienced CDP for a 4 week booking starting on Monday 25th November. No weekends, all shifts are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm, pay rate is £16.25 per hour and pay is on a weekly basis into your bank account.
Located in Dundee the site is accessible by public transport. Please note, this is a 4 book booking not a permanant position you are applying for.
Role will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef with Christmas lunch prep
- Cutting and peeling vegetables
- Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and whilst you are working
- Ensure all food produced meets the quality standards set by the Head Chef and company standards
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients, and monitor cooking times to ensure food is prepared to perfection
- Follow portion and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency
Person Specification:
- Previous chef experience at CDP level or above
- Own chef whites and knives
- Right to work in the UK
- Drivers preferred but not essential
