Chartered Surveyor - Property Management Glasgow Up to £50,000 A highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take a key role in managing a significant commercial property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified property professional to apply their expertise in a well-structured team, with clear progression and support. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, working closely with senior leadership, external partners, tenants, and legal professionals to ensure properties are performing, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Proactive management of a varied commercial property portfolio - Lead on lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and disposals - Identify asset enhancement opportunities and support business case development - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including legal and agency contacts - Monitor and report on income and expenditure, supporting commercial income targets - Prepare detailed reports for management and committee review - Ensure Health & Safety and compliance procedures are met across the portfolio What We’re Looking For: - Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), ideally a Registered Valuer or eligible without further assessment - Strong commercial property experience including negotiation of leases, acquisitions, and disposals - Experience of managing a portfolio and producing strategic property reports - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence in decision making - Full UK driving licence Desirable: - Familiarity with property management systems or development software - Experience producing property option appraisals - Knowledge of investment, development, and asset management principles You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that values expertise and offers the chance to play a strategic role in managing a major investment portfolio.
