Job Title: Caretaker/Maintenance Personnel for social housing sites in Bristol
Pay: £12.50-£16.94 per Hour
Location: Various sites (Flexible Temporary Assignments)
We are seeking experienced, dependable caretakers to join our team of temporary staff, working across a variety of social housing sites in Bristolmost of which are in the centre. This role offers flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to work full-time, part-time to suit your lifestyle.

Your Role:
As a Caretaker/Maintenance Personnel, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- General maintenance and cleaning of facilities
- Ensuring the premises meet health and safety standards
- Managing maintenance supplies and equipment
- Responding to and addressing any maintenance issues promptly
