SATs Booster teacher for Year 5 and 6 Class – Eastleigh
Start Date: November 3rd 2025
Pay: MPS/UPS £130- £160 per day
Hours: Part-time, 8 am – 3:30 pm ( flexible days to be chosen by the right applicant)
Short term-Term- at least until the end of the academic year.
About the School:
Supply Desk currently have a unique teaching opportunity. A well- known Primary school in the Esstleigh area is looking for a part-time booster teacher for Year 6 children before the SATS tests in May. This teacher would support groups of children to practice some Maths, SPAG and writing questions and boost not only their levels but confidence.
After the SATS, this teacher would then stay on at the school to support Year 5 children making the transition to Year 6 in September.
Job Specifications:
- Suitable for an experienced KS2 teacher with knowledge of inclusive teaching
- Able to work with small groups of children with specific difficulties in certain subjects
- Facilitate, support, and monitor the overall progress and development of all students through well planned activities and questioning
- Foster a learning environment that provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
