Battering/ Coating Operative
Grimsby
Manpower are recruiting for an experienced Battering/ Coating Operative for an established client based in Grimsby.
The role may require some flexibility across either 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm shifts with the pay-rate dependant on the shift worked.
- You must hold relevant experience in the production of battering materials, machine operations (including the checking, filling and general maintenance of machines) and able to oversee the process from start to finish.
- Able to demonstrate and carry out yield and quality checks with the relevant paperwork being completed. The successful applicant will be able to implement and carry out the relevant checks after a training period.
-You must be a good communicator that is happy to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Ensure all quality checks are completed to minimise waste from the production lines.
-Happy to work in a fish-factory environment with a mix of both wet and frozen fish.
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity of progression after a 12-week period.
