Bartenders Wanted – New Casual Opening in Kings Cross
£25,000/year + Tronc (£5–10k) | 40–45 hours/week | Immediate Start
We’re launching something fresh, fun, and full of flavour in the heart of Kings Cross – a relaxed but refined new spot serving signature cocktails, a bold list of classic and natural wines, and an exciting British seasonal menu led by two Michelin-starred chefs.
We’re looking for charismatic, experienced bartenders to bring this opening to life. If you know your classics, love crafting standout signature drinks, and have the kind of energy that lifts a room, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:

Mix, shake, and serve a dynamic cocktail menu with precision and flair

Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests

Deliver consistent, quality service in a busy, fast-paced bar

Help with stock, prep, and keeping the bar running smoothly
What we’re after:

Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails

Previous experience in busy, quality-driven venues

A great personality – confident, warm, and engaging

Reliable, fast-paced, and a real team player

Immediate availability, with commitment to work through June and July (no time off during this period)
