Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and fault-find custom vehicle-mounted electrical harnesses and control systems
- Read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Support machine control systems (experience desirable)
- Work within a production environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety procedures and company policies
- Complete all required documentation and job records accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Support additional tasks as required by the Production Manager
Role Requirements
- Proven experience wiring vehicles or similar systems to a high standard
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings/schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexible approach with a positive, proactive work ethic
- Willingness to follow company procedures and maintain high-quality standards
