A leading machinery company is looking for a Sales Representative to join its growing team in the UK and Ireland, specialising in construction machinery sales. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to building long-term relationships with customers. The successful candidate will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets Identify and win new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Promote and sell a range of construction machinery products Monitor market trends and competitor activity Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance refreshs Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers Work closely with service, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support clients Requirements Experience in machinery sales, construction equipment, MEWPs, or a similar industry Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with strong organisational skills Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence
