Administrator - Temporary on going  £14.36 per hour – long term opportunity Birmingham City Centre location   We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join our busy team. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our remedial works process and supporting both internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities: - Booking and scheduling remedial works with customers and contractors - Preparing and reviewing quote packs with accuracy and attention to detail - Liaising with subcontractors to coordinate works and resolve queries - Checking quote packs thoroughly to ensure all information is correct and complete - Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems - Providing excellent customer service, handling calls and emails professionally   What we’re looking for: - Strong administrative experience, ideally within a construction, property, or service-led environment - Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to checking documents - Confident IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly - Excellent communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with customers and subcontractors - A team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks   What we offer: - £14.36 per hour - 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00 - Supportive team environment - Opportunities to develop and grow within the business The ideal candidate will come from construction, engineering or scheduling background.
