Transport Administrator Location: Leeds (LS9) Sector: Admin & Secretarial Job Type: Temporary, 3+ Months Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 Pay: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience Per Temps are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of a well-established health and beauty product manufacturer based in Leeds. About the Company Established in 1997, the company develops and fills a wide range of personal care products, including bath and body care, haircare, skincare, aromatherapy, sun protection, and self-tanning items. With a strong reputation for quality and a hands-on approach, they operate as a close-knit, fast-paced team. The Role We’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience who can step into the role and provide immediate support. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, handling day-to-day admin tasks, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with order processing. Responsibilities: - Supporting the Managing Director with general administrative duties - Taking meeting minutes  - Raising purchase orders - Communicating with suppliers to request information or materials - Assisting with basic sales admin tasks, including processing and updating orders - General office duties, including filing and document organisation Requirements: - Previous experience in an admin role, ideally in a busy office environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Clear and confident communication skills - Able to manage workloads and prioritise effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel If you’re available to start immediately and have the required experience, contact Cathryn Smedley on 0113 2469339.
