Waste Operational Manager - Hybrid working - £35.2

The role was originally allocated to one Tier 4 post from April 2023, but the development of the waste change programme and the plans for mobilisation require dedicated resource and expertise, which is not currently available in house.
The plan is to recruit an interim Head of Waste for a period of 6 months, and review the waste team structure to employ a permanent position at the end of the 6 month period.
